Mr. Geston Dessalines obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Queens College of the City University of New York in 1992. Later in 1999, he graduated from Dowling University in Long Island NY with a Master Degree in Business Administration. After moving to Miami, Florida, Mr. Dessalines obtained a Master Degree in Public Administration in 2012. Currently, He his working on his Dissertation in Practice for his EdD in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Development concurrently with a Master Degree in Theology at Barry University in Florida.

His extensive academic formation and life experiences provide him with solid management, communication, leadership, and relationship building skills that contributed to his success in the several positions he has held in the finance sector.  Early in his career, his integrity, his work ethic, and his mastery of the banking system have contributed to his promotion to the Banking Supervisor position at Ridgewood Savings Bank in New York where he worked for ten (10) years.  His knowledge of the financial industry has allowed him to help numerous individuals and families as a financial consultant at the Prudential Insurance Company of America in New York and American General Insurance Company in Florida. During his four years tenure at Automatic Data Processing (ADP) in Long Island, NY, Mr. Dessalines developed procedures and monitoring instruments to maximize revenues and identify strategies for optimal results for portfolios for several high-profile clients like Merril Lynch.

Mr. Dessalines has left his mark on organizations like High-Definition Mobile MRI where he served as Director of Finance. Currently, Mr. Geston Dessalines is the President and founder of Gild Family Services Corp where he is putting his time, talent, and treasure to advocate for the less fortunate in South Miami. Mr. Dessalines serves as a resource locator for individuals and families in need of financial resources to be able to afford services allowing them to improve their lifestyles.

Marie Dessalines obtained her degrees at Barry and Nova South-Eastern University.  She has an associate degree in early childhood, a bachelor’s in behavioral sciences with a minor in psychology, and a master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education. She is also a proud holder of a certificate of entrepreneurship from the 10,000 small businesses at Goldman Sachs.

Marie successfully opened and managed a children’s daycare in Long Island, New York for over 10 years. When moved to Miami in 2005, she had the pleasure of working with High Schoolers at South Ridge Senior High for about two years. She opened an Adult Family Care home which she operated for 8 years.  Two years later, she and her husband Geston opened an Adult Daycare Center and Gild Adult Family Services a (501)c3 non-profit organization.

Marie not only works well with seniors, but also with children with disabilities of all ages. Marie has been happily married for 32 years. She and her husband has two daughters and a son.  Marie Dessalines Is a kindhearted person who is always putting other people’s needs ahead of hers.  She leads by example and always encourages others to do the same. 

Dr. Duclos Dessalines studied Medicine at the National School of Medicine and Homeopathy National Polytechnique Institute in Mexico City, Mexico.He graduated with the distinguished Mexico International Student Award in December 1994. Dr. Duclos Dessalines has left his prints on several renowned Medical Centers throughout his professional career like the Juan E. Batista Medical Clinic and the Brito Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. Dr. Duclos Dessalines is also a philanthropist who generously gives his time, talent, and treasure to non-profit organizations to help the less fortunate.

Mr. Vladimir Murad is a seasoned financial professional, a strong leader and a manager of complex organizations. Having worked a wide range of positions from blue to white collar, Mr. Murad is efficient and effective in executing his duties while maintaining a sense of appreciation and sensitivity to the needs of other cultures, minorities and ethnicities. Mr. Murad has held different prestigious positions like Controller of the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department, Director of Operations & Intergovernmental Affairs, Operations Manager, etc. Mr. Murad He served in the US Army Reserve from 1994 through 2001 in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG) as a Legal specialist.   

In addition to his five years of experience at First Union Bank, Mr. Fleurimond has been a community advocate for over 20 years in different capacities with organizations like the Haïtian Organization for Women in Homestead, the Miami Dade Public School System in the Bilingual Department as a facilitator for Haïtian parents. Mr. Fleurimond was the vice-president of Haïtian American Scholarship & Empowerment and is the founder of Three Virtues Organization, a 501.c.3 entity serving minorities, immigrants, and the migrant camps in Homestead. As a deacon, Mr. Fleurimond continues to make a difference in the lives of many parishes in Miami-Dade as a finance committee member, director of religious education, and event organizer.

A strategic planner, innovative thinker, and problem solver that leverages all resources and engages appropriate stakeholders to improve processes t and communication. An objective and thorough investigator of all types of claims to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved. Relentless drive with a reputation for driving results in a demanding environment.

Over five years of experience as a registered nurse working with orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative patients at hospitals like Piedmont Atlanta Hospital, Oschner Health LSU in Shreveport in Louisiana, and  Northside Hospital. Miss. Dessalines is currently working in an outpatient clinic with chronic dialysis patients. Her  years of nursing have taught her to be resilient when faced with difficulties, to connect with people of all backgrounds no matter how different they may be, and to provide care with compassion and humility.

Stasnie Dessalines is a caring person in nature and sympathetic to the needs of others. She has the innate ability to relate to others through her excellent oral and written communication skills. She always goes the extra mile to make people feel comfortable while maintaining a balanced professional persona. She has performed several functions like activity coordinator, billing specialist, public relation, and direct care staff during her extensive stay at Gild Adult Daycare LLC.

Annie holds an  degree in Medicine, Health, and Society from Vanderbilt. Professionally, her experiences, mostly in the nonprofit sector, include: teacher, instructional and education coach, executive director, freedom, child, and health advocate, trainer, mentor, facilitator, and consultant. With deep faith and strong hope, she aims to encourage the world to choose freedom and increase its capacity for love, justice, and collective achievement. She commits to working with and for a world where the total well-being of all living things is prioritized and where we empower each other to leverage our interconnectedness to drive solutions promoting healthy and inclusive communities. She currently accomplishes this under the umbrella of her consulting agency, Love Before ALL LLC (LBA). Love Before ALL hopes to change the world by rewiring many brains to commit to total wellness in ourselves, our organizations, our institutions, our communities, and in our world.
